The Falcon and The Winter Soldier cast recently tease some major plot points in the Disney+ series.

Fans won’t get to see The Falcon and The Winter Soldier on Disney+ until late 2020, but the cast are already teasing what to expect from the Marvel series when it arrives. During their conversation with Entertainment Weekly at D23, they also acknowledge that they can’t reveal too much at this point, especially concerning Wyatt Russell’s character in the series, John Walker (who becomes U.S. Agent in the comics). The cast mainly address what they’re most excited to see in the series, rather than who they’ll be fighting.

The cast start by addressing where Sharon Carter’s been all this time when she appears in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier – before linking it all back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and how they’ll be affected by what’s come before it. Especially considering Sharon (Peggy Carter’s niece) kissed Steve Rogers only a few years before he travelled back in time to be with Peggy. Check out what The Falcon and The Winter Soldier cast had to say about the Disney+ series when they spoke to  at D23 below.

Wyatt Russell: “I don’t know, I can’t say anything. My character’s name is John Walker.”

Emily VanCamp: “We’re obviously going to find out where Sharon’s been all this time because she’s been on the run.”

Sebastian Stan: “I’m still thinking about that kiss. Still trying to figure it all out. I’m very excited to see what happened to Sharon and obviously who John Walker is after Endgame, and I think it’s going to be fun.”

Anthony Mackie: “I’m excited for my kids to see me in something that I don’t have to force them to see. Because I feel like now with Disney+ they’re going to be watching it all the time anyway, so I’m excited for them to just want to watch me work.”
