The first reactions to Aquaman are finally here and it’s already being hailed as DC’s best film.

After the infamous post-production issues that plagued 2017’s Justice League, many DC fans were worried that James Wan’s Aquaman would succumb to similar production issues. Those worries disappeared when the trailer for the film premiered during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The dynamic locations and characters, as well as the incredible spectacle, won over many fans almost instantly.

With each trailer, it seems that the impressive footage has only pumped up fans more and more for DC’s latest solo adventure. Apparently, Warner Bros. screened Aquaman early for some fans and the social media reviews are in. While the reviews aren’t all over-the-moon with the film, all of the word-of-mouth so far is positive. Check out the reviews from Twitter below.

These positive reviews are going to make it only that much harder for DC fans who have been waiting on another big screen adventure since last year’s Justice League. Aquaman may be releasing in a crowded holiday season but this word of mouth shows that the film will certainly be part of the conversation when it hits theaters this December.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Aquaman as soon as more information becomes available. What are your thoughts on these reviews? Do they get you more or less hyped for the film? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
