Fans finally have their first poster for Supergirl! A whole new vibe is being brought to the DC Universe ahead of the project’s first official trailer.
The hype for Supergirl is building up. With the trailer imminent, fans were expecting some major announcements to come out of the DC Universe film. Perhaps an official reveal of Lobo? A better look at Milly Alcock in costume? What they got, and perhaps what should have been the first guess, was an official poster for the upcoming film.

The poster shows off Milly Alcock in the same coat that she was wearing in the first teaser trailer for Supergirl, suggesting that it may be an integral part of her wardrobe throughout the course of the film. Though, perhaps most interesting, it comes with the tagline “Truth. Justice. Whatever.” This suggests that the heroine’s Devil May Cry attitude will continue into her solo movie.

The post release also came with confirmation that the trailer for Supergirl will release tomorrow, 12/11/25, at 9am PST. It’s likely that footage will provide a full scope as to what fans should expect from the DC Universe project. As with any superhero movie, it’ll likely come with a catchy song, with most reports suggesting that Milly Alcock’s heroine will be jamming out to Blondie.
Though Blondie won’t be the only music present in Supergirl. Along with tomorrow’s trailer, the poster also came with the confirmation that Game of Thrones alum Ramin Djawadi will compose the score for Milly Alcock’s solo outing in the DC Universe. Though with how much is coming out, it’s certainly possible there’s more news to be revealed!
Supergirl is set to release on June 26, 2026. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of the DC Universe!
