Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman gets a 'Flashpoint' redesign for Ezra Miller's solo movie as the Scarlet Speedster.

A new fan edit for Ezra Miller’s The Flash movie depicts Gal Gadot as the Flashpoint version of Wonder Woman.

With Ezra Miller’s The Flash heading to DC FanDome later this month, many fans are hoping to learn a little more about the Fastest Man Alive’s solo film and what to expect from the film’s Flashpoint-inspired storyline. The Flashpoint comic book arc sees Barry Allen going back in time to save his mother, but inadvertently changing to the DC Universe timeline, causing a devastating war between Aquaman and Wonder Woman. The Flash helmer Andy Muschietti recently teased the time travel in the highly-anticipated film, although it’ll seemingly be different from the source material.

Heroic Hollywood recently learned that Ezra Miller’s The Flash won’t feature a war between Flashpoint Wonder Woman and Aquaman. But if Gal Gadot was to appear in the film, this artwork from digital artist Datrinti on Instagram shows off what her costume could look like in live-action. It takes its cues from the comic design with Mera’s Atlantean crown combined with Wonder Woman’s tiara. The design also adds some shoulder plating to the armor fans have seen Gal Gadot previously wear on the big screen. Check out the artwork below.

Do you think Gal Gadot’s Flashpoint Wonder Woman should still have a role in Ezra Miller’s The Flash? Let us know in the comments section!

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script written by Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson, The Flash will be inspired by the Flashpoint comic storyline which followed The Flash as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and penciled by Andy Kuber, Flashpoint radically altered the status of the DC Comics universe and led to the launch of the New 52 titles. It is currently unknown how much inspiration the upcoming Ezra Miller film will take from the comic.

The Flash is set to hit theaters on June 3rd, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news on The Flash and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content.
