Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen will don an upgraded suit when The Flash returns for its sixth season on The CW this fall. Although there haven’t been any up-close looks at Grant Gustin’s new suit for The Flash yet, that’s not enough to stop fans from imagining what the actor could look like in a ton of different costumes. Now, Grant Gustin has received one that looks just like Ezra Miller’s The Flash suit from the 2017 DC Comics team-up movie Justice League.
Ezra Miller was easily one of the best parts of Zack Snyder’s Justice League, serving as the film’s comedic relief with his portrayal of a younger inexperienced version of The Flash. Fans have pitted Grant Gustin against Ezra Miller since the latter was first cast as the Scarlet Speedster, but Ezra Miller isn’t here for it. Ezra Miller has made it clear how much of a fan he is of the Arrowverse series and Grant Gustin himself, and even how much he’d like to see a multiverse crossover featuring both versions of The Flash. Although a crossover might not be on the table, we may be able to get a good idea as to what could happen in this brand new piece of fan art.

Not too much is known about the next season of The Flash but Heroes alum Sendhil Ramamurthy is set to recur as the DC Comics villain Bloodwork. Bloodwork is a Central City morgue employee and hemophiliac who developed the ability to transform his flesh into blood-like physiology after experimenting with blood properties in the comics. The new season has also been teased to have a big bad that is the most personal villain for Grant Gustin’s The Flash since Eobard Thawne.
The sixth season of Grant Gustin’s The Flash will also lead into the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event on The CW. The Flash is set to become The CW’s main DC Comics drama with Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen seemingly leading the other Arrowverse superheroes forward after Arrow completes its final 10-episode run in the fall. The back half of the next season of Grant Gustin’s The Flash will also deal with the fallout from the crossover. Filming is currently underway.
