Halle Berry Shares Photo From Morocco During ‘John Wick 3’ Production

John Wick 3 Parabellum Halle Berry

The third John Wick film, with the subtitle “Parabellum,” is currently shooting in Essaouira, Morocco. And while we have not gotten much from the film yet as far as more story, character details, or teases, there’s no doubt that John himself will be in the firefight of his life now that assassins all over will be after him for that delicious bounty placed on his head for the killing of Santino at the end of the second film. Halle Berry is joining the film as assassin Sofia, but it remains to be seen how she’ll cross paths with Wick.

Speaking of Halle Berry, the actress took to her Twitter earlier this morning to provide a bit of an update for fans. With the mere caption of “We out here. #JohnWick3,” Berry posted a glorious image of herself sitting on the endless sands of Morocco. Here, have a look for yourself:

Given that assassins all over the world have been notified about the huge bounty on John Wick’s head, it’s no surprise that John would be going abroad and to locations such as Morocco in order to go up against the world. After all, we’ve already seen him on a horse in previous set images, and the fact that Keanu Reeves is on a horse should automatically make the rest of the assassin world tremble. But hey, this is Halle Berry we’re talking about. That’s a formidable challenge right there.

What more do you hope we get from John Wick 3: Parabellum as production continues? Do you have any expectations for Halle Berry’s character? And what do you hope to see in a first teaser or trailer? Let us know in the comments below.

Directed by Chad Stahelski, John Wick 3: Parabellum stars Keanu Reeves, Halle Berry, Ian McShane, Ruby Rose, Common, Lance Reddick, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Jason Mantzoukas, Anjelica Huston, and Boban Marjanovic.

The film will shoot its way into theaters on May 17, 2019.
