Henry Cavill teases his return as Superman with this new gym selfie.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Henry Cavill will return as Superman in a cameo role for multiple upcoming DC Comics movies. The report also revealed that a Man of Steel sequel is not currently in the works. It’s unclear which DC movies Cavill will show up in, but if we could take an educated guess, Superman will probably cameo in Shazam! 2 or The Flash.
Fans were wondering how long it would take to get the news of Cavill’s return confirmed and it seems it didn’t take that long. In a new Instagram post, Henry Cavill teases a return to the gym with the caption “Hello, Old friend”. It’s pretty clear that the old friend in question is Superman and not the gym as Cavill works out quite frequently.
