Henry Cavill has teased that details from season two of The Witcher will be shared at Netflix’s upcoming fan event Tudum.

After a series of delays, the long-awaited second season of The Witcher is finally set to hit Netflix this December. Details on the second season of Henry Cavill’s hit fantasy action-drama series are slim, though that might not be for long. Following in the footsteps of Comic-Con panels and DC Fandome, Netflix is launching its own fan event titled Tudum. The fan event is set to kick off this weekend, making it a first for the streamer.

At the event, fans can expect tons of information on new and upcoming Netflix projects, including Cowboy Bepop, Stranger Things, and the second season of The Witcher. To tease the highly anticipated fan event, Netlflix and Henry Cavill have cobbled together a quick little promo that teases The Witcher‘s panel.

While nothing has been confirmed, fans of The Witcher will likely receive a brand new look at the second season, as well as behind-the-scenes featurettes that discuss the upcoming round of episodes. Tudum takes place this Saturday at 12:00 PM EST on YouTube.

Here is the plot synopsis for the second season of Henry Cavill’s The Witcher:

Convinced Yennefer’s life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Princess Cirilla to the safest place he knows, his childhood home of Kaer Morhen. While the Continent’s kings, elves, humans and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls, he must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses inside.

Season 2 of Henry Cavill’s The Witcher will premiere on December 17th on Netflix. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding the upcoming season and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content!
