Hugh Jackman Jokingly Threatens ‘Deadpool’ Star Ryan Reynolds Over Fan Poster

The pair's mutant rivalry continues.

Former Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman isn’t happy with a fan-made Deadpool 3 poster shared by Ryan Reynolds.

After a fan-made poster for Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 surfaced on Twitter featuring Wolverine and Cable, Logan star Hugh Jackman jokingly threatened to get his lawyers involved for using his likeness without permission. Reynolds previously joked that a third Deadpool film hasn’t come out because they’re still trying to figure out who leaked the test footage of the original film all those years ago. Recently, Hugh Jackman joked that he’s not happy to see himself in the fan-poster Deadpool 3 poster.

After a Twitter user tagged Ryan Reynolds in the fan-poster for Deadpool 3 with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and Josh Brolin’s Cable, the actor behind the Merc with the Mouth followed up the fan’s enthusiasm for the concept. That’s when Jackman chimed in saying his lawyers should sue for $610 million due to “pain and suffering.” Check out the full Twitter exchange below.
