Hydro-Man Gets A Comic Book-Accurate Look In ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Concept Art

Spider-Man Far From Home Hydro-Man

Early Spider-Man: Far From Home concept art reveals a more comic book-accurate look for Hydro-Man.

Spider-Man: Far From Home featured the first ever live-action appearance of the Elementals, which included Hydro-Man. However, it was later revealed that the Elementals were just an illusion constructed by Mysterio. Before the reveal, many fans were excited by the prospect of Hydro-Man appearing in a Spider-Man film.

In the film, Hydro-Man’s appearance was nothing more than a giant body of water in the form of a person. In the comics, Morris Bench turns into Hydro-Man after an experiment gone wrong like most Spider-Man villains. On Instagram, Marvel Studios concept artist Jerad S.Marantz shared an early design of his from Spider-Man: Far From Home, which shows a more comic book-accurate design for Hydro-Man.
