New Set Photos Reveal Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel Suit For Disney Plus Series

Our first look at Iman Vellani's Ms. Marvel costume is finally here!

The latest photos from the set of the Disney Plus series Ms Marvel show Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan in full costume.

A new batch of photos from the set of the live-action Ms Marvel series offers fans a first look at Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan suited up and ready for action. Vellani has previously been spotted in a homemade version of the Captain Marvel costume but the set photos reveal that she is also set to don a comic-book accurate Ms Marvel suit in the upcoming series.

The Ms Marvel set photos were shared by Just Jared and show Kamala Khan actress Iman Vellani filming her scenes in Atlanta, Georgia, with a crowd standing behind her. Vellani was also joined by her co-star Rish Shah, who is rumored to be playing an Inhuman known as Kamran. Check out the photos below.

Created by editors Sana Amanat and Stephen Wacker, writer G. Willow Wilson, and artists Adrian Alphona and Jamie McKelvie, Kamala Khan made her debut in Captain Marvel #14 before becoming the lead character in a solo comic series. Khan became Marvel’s first Muslim character to headline her own comic book run and the first issue of the series won the 2015 Hugo Award for Best Graphic Story.

Marvel’s upcoming slate of films includes Black WidowThe EternalsShang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten RingsDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and Thor: Love and Thunder. In addition to the aforementioned feature films, Marvel is developing several shows for Disney Plus, including Loki, Hawkeye, Moon Knight and She-Hulk.
