Iron Fist star Finn Jones recently opened up about how he felt regarding the abrupt ending to Danny Rand’s story.
Iron Fist and Luke Cage recently found themselves canceled after disappointing viewership numbers for each of their second seasons. Though many fans would like to see the stories continue in a Heroes for Hire series featuring the duo, nothing has been announced just yet. The Immortal Iron Fist himself Finn Jones has finally opened up about his disappointment with the series cancelation.
Jones was recently in attendance at Rhode Island Comic-Con and thanks to interviewer Clare Kramer, it’s been revealed how the actor truly felt about the cancelation of the Marvel series. This is what the actor had to say regarding the subject. Check out Kramer’s full Tweet at the bottom of the article.
“It’s just a shame that the show gets canceled right when Danny reaches his peak … it feels like the journey is incomplete.”
Although Iron Fist and Luke Cage are gone, fans can still enjoy the newly released third season of Daredevil, as well as the upcoming third season of Jessica Jones and the second season of the Daredevil spin-off The Punisher on Netflix. Although word of mouth has been great regarding Daredevil season 3, the series has seen a decline in viewership numbers from the second season.
