James Gunn left the door open for cameos from The Suicide Squad actors in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
It’s no secret James Gunn has a lot of actors he likes to work into his movies. Michael Rooker, Sylvester Stallone, Sean Gunn, and Nathan Fillion are just a few of the actors who appeared in the MCU and DCEU, thanks to Gunn.
With James Gunn gearing up for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the director didn’t shoot down the idea of actors from The Suicide Squad turning up in the Marvel sequel when asked on Twitter:

Welcome to hell—a.k.a. Belle Reve, the prison with the highest mortality rate in the US of A. Where the worst Super-Villains are kept and where they will do anything to get out—even join the super-secret, super-shady Task Force X. Today’s do-or-die assignment? Assemble a collection of cons, including Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Captain Boomerang, Ratcatcher 2, Savant, King Shark, Blackguard, Javelin and everyone’s favorite psycho, Harley Quinn.
