Jason Momoa Reveals Hilarious Moment On ‘Justice League’ Set

Aquaman Snyder Cut Justice League Jason MomoaDuring an interview, Jason Momoa remembered a hilarious mishap on the set of the 2017 DC team-up movie Justice League.

Justice League has a cast with a lot of charisma, especially star Jason Momoa, who plays Arthur Curry, aka Aquaman. The actor has shown during interviews that the energy he exudes onscreen isn’t limited to just these performances. Today, Momoa will be appearing on The Graham Norton Show, the Youtube channel for which has just shared a hilarious moment from one of his previous visits.

Momoa appeared on The Graham Norton Show in 2017 to promote Justice League and during the interview, he revealed a very funny story from the set. While filming certain stunts that don’t even seem that wild, very strict safety precautions are taken and this story is an example of one of those precautions gone slightly awry.

“We’re always out there for a while, so they have a very thin wetsuit that you put on, so you don’t freeze to death.”

Momoa is recalling one of the moments in Justice League where we see his underwater hero make a heroic dive into the water.

“It’s funny because I actually went out – they had a nice crane shot, they went out there in front of me. I was walking out and you know, if you have a wetsuit on, the air gets kinda trapped in there. And you’re just walking out and bubbles start coming up. And right when it gets to the level that it’s at, all these bubbles come out like you farted. And the camera’s right there, and I start giggling because of the bubbles because I can feel them go up too. And then I open it up to let the air out and then all the cold went in, so my reaction was all like ‘Haha…Oh!'”

In just a couple of weeks, Momoa will be moving from a team player in Justice League to the titular hero of Aquaman. The film doesn’t hit U.S. theaters until December 21st but fans with Amazon Prime have the opportunity to see an early screening on Saturday, December 15th. Screenings are filling up but you can follow the link here to see if any seats are available in your area.
