John Boyega took to Instagram to post a hilarious and brutally honest video that shows him putting toxic Star Wars fans in their place.
John Boyega isn’t playing around with Disney’s goody-two-shoes image anymore now that his role in the Star Wars franchise has come to an end. With the recently released Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, John Boyega’s tenure as Finn came to an end, with many finding it to be a whimper of an ending. John Boyega has always been the most vocal actor from the latest batch of Star Wars film, which became especially clear when he began to call out Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’s toxic portrayal of romance; particularly signalling the absurdity of Rey and Kylo sharing a kiss.
John Boyega began to troll toxic Star Wars fans (most of them being Reylo’s) on New Year’s Eve in a move that seemed to be well received by most fans. However, a select batch of Reylos and Star Wars fans continued to send negative and cruel comments to John Boyega. Obviously, John Boyega has the upper hand and took to Instagram to post an amazing video that shows him putting cruel Star Wars fans in their place.
In the video, which can be found below, some of the most vicious comments were edited into clips of John Boyega doing interviews and dancing, with his physical actions essentially hitting and kicking the comments from Star Wars fans.

At the end of the video, John Boyega hilariously says “Glad I got that out of my system! What’s next?”. This video is such a particular and interesting jab at all the haters that have been plaguing John Boyega since it was revealed that he would be joining the Star Wars franchise. Not only is John Boyega putting Reylo stans in their place, but also those who have mocked John Boyega’s portrayal of Finn throughout his tenure. Now that John Boyega is done with Star Wars, something that he seems to be proud of, he’s onto bigger and better things!
