Jordan Elsass Opens Up About ‘Superman & Lois’ Exit

Jonathan Kent actor Jordan Elsass recently talked about his departure from Superman and Lois.

Superman and Lois is gearing up to begin filming season three of the series, but it was revealed last week that Jordan Elsass would not return as Jonathan Kent for it. According to reports, Elsass never showed up to work before production in Vancouver got underway, leading the show to recast the role.

Jordan Elsass Breaks His Silence

In a recent Cameo video, Jordan Elsass addressed the news of him not returning for Superman and Lois for season three:

“It’s been a tough few weeks, as you might imagine, with everything going on with the show. It’s sad, it’s a real shame. I know that I was pumped for Season 3, for sure, but what are you going to do? Anyway, mental health is definitely 100 percent priority. It’s pinnacle. It’s got to take precedence. And mine has been … the last couple of years … it’s been rough.”
