Fans got a first look at Superboy in the post-credits scene of the season one finale of Titans, titled “Dick Grayson.” In it, Superboy escapes from the scientists that created him at Project Cadmus. Before the scene ends, Conner also frees a dog with glowing red eyes, the show’s take on Superman’s super-powered dog known as Krypto.
The series is also making a few additions for its sophomore outing, with Iain Glen and Esai Morales playing Batman and Deathstroke, respectively. Chella Man and Chelsea T. Zhang have also joined the series as Deathstroke’s children. Furthermore, Drew Van Acker is on board as Aquaman’s sidekick Aqualad.
DC Universe’s Titans follows a grown-up Dick Grayson working as a Detective in Detroit, having left his nights with the Caped Crusader long in the past due to having fundamental differences with Batman’s methods and approach to crimefighting before becoming the leader of the heroes known as the Titans.
Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson as Hawk and Minka Kelly as Dove.
