New photos from the set of Titans season two show Joshua Orpin’s Superboy with Ryan Potter’s Beast Boy.

Production for the second season of DC Universe’s Titans is currently underway in Toronto and new set photos offer fans a fresh look at Joshua Orpin’s Superboy and Ryan Potter’s Beast Boy. In the set snaps, Ryan Potter’s Beast Boy appears to be teaching Joshua Orpin’s Superboy how to control his powers, something that seems to result in an altercation with the police. Ryan Potter’s Beast Boy can also be seen with a dog, presumably Krypto.

Superboy isn’t sporting his “S” t-shirt in these pics, but a photo showing Joshua Orpin sporting the iconic look surfaced last month. You can check out the new Titans set photos from Toronto Filming below.

Titans follows a grown-up Dick Grayson (played by Brenton Thwaites) working as a Detective in Detroit, having left his nights with the Caped Crusader long in the past due to having fundamental differences with Batman’s methods and approach to crimefighting before becoming the leader of the heroes known as the Titans. Filming is currently underway on season two.

Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy. The series is also making a few additions for its sophomore outing, with Joshua Orpin and Esai Morales playing Superboy and Deathstroke, respectively, while Chella Man and Chelsea Zhang have also joined Titans as Deathstroke’s children. Natalie Gumede has signed on to play Mercy Graves and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen is on board as Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman. Furthermore, Drew Van Acker is on board as Aqualad.

The second season of Titans peremieres on September 6, 2019. Season one is currently available exclusively on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
