Jumanji: The Next Level star Kevin Hart has finally returned home after sustaining severe injuries in a car crash.
Earlier this month, Jumanji: The Next Level star Kevin Hart was in a car accident resulting in injuries that required major surgery. Fortunately, the procedure was a success and Kevin Hart was eventually transferred to an inpatient facility after spending ten days in the hospital under heavy pain medication.
Now, TMZ reports Kevin Hart has checked out the facility and returned to his home, where the Jumanji star has a physical therapist visiting on most days. The outlet notes that Kevin Hart is doing a lot of exercises with therapy bands and is managing to handle the pain without medication.
The outlet’s sources say doctors informed Kevin Hart that from a physical standpoint, he should return to the condition he was in before the crash and therefore his injuries won’t hurt his career. According to one individual, the Jumanji star now has “a new perspective on life” after an accident:
“He really cherishes the fact that he’s alive, and wants to make the most of it in every respect. The crash had a huge impact on him.”
Kevin Hart will soon reprise his role as Franklin “Mouse” Finbar when the third Jumanji film hits theaters this holiday season.
