Original Jurassic Park actor Joseph Mazzello may have just teased a return to the franchise in Jurassic World 3.
Joseph Mazzello is probably best known for his role in the first Jurassic Park film. In it, Joseph Mazzello played John Hammond’s grandson, Tim Murphy. In Jurassic Park, Joseph Mazzello’s character was constantly exposed to danger and was at the center of what may be the film’s single best scene where the T-Rex escapes her cage. He also had a brief appearance in The Lost World: Jurassic Park but had since not appeared in the franchise. Now, however, he could very well be teasing a return.
Yesterday Joseph Mazzello Tweeted a rather vague message about how he should get back to work but did not indicate what that might actually mean. The latest film in the franchise, Jurassic World 3, has already assembled a massive cast of previous Jurassic Park actors including Sam Neill, Lara Derm, and Jeff Goldblum. So perhaps the idea that Joseph Mazzello could return to the franchise may not be that big of a stretch.
