Justice League star Amy Adams expressed her willingness to reprise her role as Lois Lane in a future DC film.
Warner Bros. and DC’s Man of Steel introduced audiences to a new incarnation of Lois Lane portrayed by acclaimed actress Amy Adams. Since then, Amy Adams has also played the iconic intrepid reporter in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League.
However, the underwhelming box office performance of Justice League prompted Warner Bros. to reassess their plans for future DC projects. As a result, Amy Adams’ future as Lois Lane remains uncertain and the actress addressed the matter in an interview with Empire Magazine.
While Amy Adams revealed that she is “totally open” to reprising her role as Lois Lane in a future DC film, she isn’t holding out hope. “I think [the studio is] moving in a different direction, from my understanding,” she explained.
