Zack Snyder stepped away from movies just before the release of 2017’s Justice League to attend to tragic family matters. In that time, Snyder has ocassionally lit up the internet with behind-the-scenes stories about his defunct vision for the DCEU. The filmmaker also took some time to craft a short film called Snow Steam Iron. Now Zack Snyder is set to return to feature films with what THR is calling a zombie action pic called Army of the Dead. He will develop the film for the streaming giant Netflix. You may recall Zack Snyder made waves years ago with a similarly smaller budget remake of the zombie classic Dawn of the Dead.
