‘Justice League’ Director Zack Snyder To Host ‘Justice Con’ Event Next Month

Justice League director Zack Snyder will reportedly host the virtual Justice Con next month.

Although many conventions this year have been cancelled thanks to the coronavirus, a virtual celebration of Zack Snyder’s Justice League arrives online at the end of July. Justice Con is organized by The Nerd Queens and Comic Book Debate, with an announcement video confirming that it takes place July 25-26. It will feature appearances from Darkseid actor Ray Porter, as well as storyboard artist Jay Olivia.

Zack Snyder himself will also make an appearance and will reportedly host a panel to discuss his version of Justice League. With the recent news that the director is already working on a trailer for his cut of the film ahead of its release on HBO Max next year, this could be the perfect opportunity to present it to the dedicated fans. It’ll be interesting to see whether the director reveals more of what to expect from his Justice League cut or if he’ll keep some elements as a surprise. Take a look at the Justice Con announcement video below.

Are you excited for Justice Con? What do you want Zack Snyder to discuss on the panel? Do you think he’ll reveal the first trailer for his cut of the film? Sound-off in the comments below!

Here’s the official synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, the film stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.
