Mortal Kombat 2 producer Todd Garner recently unveiled a behind-the-scenes photo that shows off Karl Urban’s Johnny Cage look. The candid photo, taken during a casual lunch break, provides a glimpse into the off-screen interactions among the film’s cast members.
In the image, Karl Urban is seen dining with fellow Mortal Kombat 2 cast members, completely embodying the essence of Johnny Cage, the audacious martial arts film star from the classic video game series. Along with getting rid of his iconic beard, Urban has embraced a fresh new look by sporting frosted tips in his hair.
The upcoming Mortal Kombat sequel is expected to pick up where the first movie left off, with the heroes of Earthrealm continuing their fight against the forces of Outworld. The film is set to introduce a number of new characters from the video game franchise while also bringing back some of the fan-favorites from the first movie.
