13 Reasons Why star Katherine Langford has opened up about being cut from the Marvel Studios epic Avengers: Endgame.

Avengers: Endgame introduced audiences to Morgan Stark, the daughter of Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark and Gwyneth Paltrow’s Pepper Potts. Played by Lexi Rabe, Morgan was born sometime after the events of Avengers: Infinity War and was originally intended to have a larger role in the movie, with Katherine Langford playing an older version of the character.

The cut Avengers: Endgame scene featuring Katherine Langford saw Tony Stark meeting the older Morgan in the Soulworld after sacrificing himself to stop Thanos and his forces. The sequence was cut after confusing audiences during test screenings. During a recent interview on the Australian radio show “Smallzy’s Surgery,” Langford commented on being cut from the movie:

“I figure if you’re going to be cut from anything like, to at least have the experience of being cut from the final Avengers film. [I’m] just happy to have the memory.”

Later on, Katherine Langford mentioned that she’d be down to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, saying “I don’t know if I would be able to say anything, but I’d love to.” Seeing as her scene was cut from Avengers: Endgame, Langford could even return to the MCU as another character.

Here is the plot synopsis for Avengers: Endgame:

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”
