With Arrow set to conclude next week, the penultimate episode of the long-running series will pave the way for the future by serving as a backdoor pilot for the upcoming series titled Green Arrow and The Canaries. Centered on Katherine McNamara’s Mia Smoak, Green Arrow and The Canaries will follow the heroine as she takes on her father’s mantle and fights alongside Laurel Lance and Dinah Drake.

“It’s the year 2040 in Star City and Mia Queen (McNamara) has everything she could have ever wanted.
