‘Krypton’ Season 2 Finale Gives Adam Strange Comic-Accurate Suit

Spoiler warning: The following article contains spoilers for the second season finale of Krypton regarding Adam Strange among other details.

During the second season finale of SyFy’s DC Comics series Krypton entitled “The Alpha and the Omega”, Adam Strange (Shaun Sipos) would receive his iconic jetpack. In the second season’s penultimate episode “Blood Moon”, Adam Strange ends up paralyzed as a result of the resistance’s battle with Dru-Zod.

Val-El assists Adam Strange in the construction of leg braces and a jetpack to help him be mobile again after his paralyzing injury. While showing his new jetpack to Seg, Adam Strange ends up hitting the ceiling thanks to his drunkenness.

Shaun Sipos confirmed last month that Adam Strange would finally receive his iconic jetpack. Per comicbook.com:

“Did you guys watch The Rocketeer? Adam Strange has a jet pack at a point. We haven’t got to that yet. This is earlier on, but that thought sort of is something that I geek out over, the idea of it. I think every kid, or every person, wants to fly. So, I’m really looking forward to that.”
