Kumail Nanjiani revealed how he maintained his superhero abs during quarantine for The Eternals.

Kumail Nanjiani shocked the entire world when he unveiled his body transformation for Marvel Studios’ The Eternals. The actor became incredibly ripped for the role of Kingo and it appears that being in quarantine has gotten him in even better shape. During a recent interview with The Wrap, Nanjiani and his wife Emily V. Gordon gushed about his quarantine training regimen, even going as far as saying that he’s gotten more muscular.

I have been working out a lot, because… especially in the beginning, the first like month and a half of it. I just felt so out of control and I was like, ‘Oh, this is a thing I could definitely do.’ And so, I really did. I’m trying to take a little bit of a break now, but yeah, I’ve kept it up.

Nanjiani also reveals how he doesn’t want to go through the process again and plans on staying in shape.

I also know how hard it was to get it, and it’s much easier keeping it than it is to get it, and I don’t want to go through that process again. I would say keeping it is half as difficult. Yeah, it’s a lot easier.
