The CW has dropped the Legends of Tomorrow season five premiere synopsis.
Legends of Tomorrow is participating in the Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, which is set to end on January 14th with a two-part finale. After the Earth-shattering crossover comes to an end, Legends of Tomorrow will properly debut its fifth season on January 21st, where it will pick up right where the fourth season left off. At the end of the fourth season, the team managed to stop Zari’s family from dying. With that being the case, Behrad became a Legend as he never passed the totem to his sister. Instead of saving the world, she’s become a celebrity of sorts, which will hopefully have a part in why the Legends are suddenly so famous.
You can check out the synopsis for the season five premiere episode of Legends of Tomorrow below.
LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION — Sara (Caity Lotz), Ray (Brandon Routh) and Mick (Dominic Purcell) are shocked to discover that the Legends have become famous. It seems that everyone except Sara is loving the spotlight, so much so that they invite a documentary crew on board the Waverider to film them as they investigate a strange new blip in the Timeline. The Legends discover that their new problem is none other than Rasputin, who happens to be straight out of hell, and it might be tougher than they thought. Meanwhile, Constantine (Matt Ryan) thinks he knows the reason behind these new blips and informs the team that it won’t be easy to defeat. Nick Zano, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Tala Ashe, Jes Macallan and Olivia Swann also star. Kevin Mock directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & James Eagan.
The fifth season premiere of Legends of Tomorrow is certainly going to be an interesting episode as we’ve never seen the team bask in the spotlight. We’re sure to get some comedic moments that highlight their boosted egos, as well as the documentary crew intruding on them trying to battle Rasputin. One things for sure, the Legends of Tomorrow will certainly be fine as long as Constantine knows what’s up.
The fifth season premiere episode will be an interesting one for Legends of Tomorrow fans as they’ve become world-famous heroes. To add to the fun, a documentary crew will be joining the Legends of Tomorrow on the Waverider to document all their exploits. As long as Constantine has an inkling as to what’s causing the blips, we’re sure the Legends of Tomorrow will be safe!
