Hugh Jackman has posted a video from his last day on set of Logan. The Australian actor’s final film in the role of Wolverine–he’s played the character in nine films–has already earned $33 million on the Friday of its opening weekend at the box office.
In the video, the actor had this to say about his final day as Logan.
“This is the last day of reshoots on Logan. So, this is my second wrap — who knows, maybe there’ll be a third.”
Hugh Jackman posted the video to Twitter and added this to the post: “In fact, there were no additional shoots after the reshoots of the rewrap. So that’s a wrap! Makes sense to me.”

Jackman’s turn in Logan is certainly bittersweet and after this video, it’s really hitting home that this is the last we’ll see him as the iconic mutant.
In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.
Directed by James Mangold, Logan also stars Sir Patrick Stewart, Dafne Keen, Stephen Merchant, Richard E. Grant, Eriq LaSalle, Elizabeth Rodriguez, and Boyd Holbrook.
Logan is now in theaters.
