Gotham is introducing many new DC villains in its third new season that is officially underway on FOX and one the new characters we will meet this season, is Jervis Tetch a.k.a. the Mad Hatter. During tonight’s episode, FOX aired a trailer for next week’s episode titled “Look Into My Eyes” which will introduce Benedict Samuel as he brings life to the classic Batman rogue.
