Steven Weintraub, who is currently attending CCXP Brazil tweeted out exactly what was shown during the opening scene of Margot Robbie’s Birds of Prey.
The opening of @birdsofpreywb shows Harley Quinn getting a new place, pushing away from her relationship with Joker, adopting an animal, and blowing up a very large building. The crowd here was so loud and cheering so hard I couldn't understand a lot of the dialogue. Looked cool. pic.twitter.com/VYlPLHUxLr

The opening scene for the upcoming Margot Robbie seems to immediately address where Harley Quinn is at after Suicide Squad. There’s no mention of Jared Leto’s Joker, but its apparent that his presence will be felt throughout Birds of Prey as Harley Quinn tries to come to terms with their toxic relationship. In addition to her stepping away from Joker, Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn seems to be having the time of her life by blowing up a building! Details are are unfortunately slim regarding the exact contents of the opening Birds of Prey scene, but we’re sure we’ll get more context from fans as the day goes on.

Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya’s paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take Roman down.”
