Marvel Website Launches Countdown For ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’

Spider-Man Homecoming Far From Home Marvel Website SonyAre you prepared for the countdown? Because it’s here. What do I mean? Well, by now you know that Spider-Man: Far From Home has wrapped production and is set to swing its way into theaters next summer. And like the time between Infinity War and Avengers 4, the wait will no doubt be agonizing for Spider-Man fans, in particular to see how he’ll return after getting dusted by Thanos at the end of Infinity War. But in the meantime, Marvel has a way for you to countdown the wait until the film’s release. Literally, I mean.

If you go to Marvel’s website, you’ll see that Spider-Man: Far From Home is listed alongside Black PantherInfinity WarAnt Man & The WaspCaptain Marvel, and Avengers: Untitled, which is a pretty uninspired title for the fourth Avengers film. Oh, wait, that’s not the official title? Never mind. If you check the website, you’ll also see an updated version of the logo in a much higher definition and clarity than seen prior.

There’s still a lot that we don’t know yet about Far From Home aside from the fact that Peter Parker’s trip will take him…well, Far From Home, pardon the pun. We’ll see him go up against the likes of Mysterio, and we know that Michael Keaton’s Vulture is set to make a return, so even after coming back to life after not feeling so good in Infinity War, Spidey will still have his work cut out for him. Such is the life of a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, you know?

Meanwhile, what do you think of the new logo for Far From Home? And more than that, how often do you believe that you’ll find yourself checking the Marvel website every now and then to have a look at that countdown? Be honest. And let us know in the comments below.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is directed by Jon Watts and stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jake Gyllenhaal, Micheal Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Marisa Tomei, Tony Revolori, Acar, J. B. Smoove, Oli Hill, Remy Hii and Hemky Madera.

The film will swing its way into theaters on July 5, 2019.
