Marvel Studios has officially revealed its initial lineup for the Disney Plus streaming service.
It seems that Marvel Studios will be more busy than before with their superhero characters and stories beyond Avengers: Endgame. The end may be near for our beloved heroes, but their stories are not yet fully over. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige made an appearance today for investors and shareholders to share what Marvel has planned for its heroes on the Disney Plus streaming service and it is quite an interesting lineup. We have learned of some of these Marvel shows previously, but here are the details for the confirmed shows that will be available when Disney+ officially first rolls out.
First there’s WandaVision, which is set to focus on Paul Bettany’s Vision and Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch. Then there’s Falcon & Winter Soldier, which reunites Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie for a brand new adventure. There’s also a Loki series with Tom Hiddleston on board as the God of Mischief. Finally, Marvel Studios is developing an animated What If? series for Disney Plus. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed that the first episode of What If? will see Peggy Carter take the super soldier serum. Meanwhile, Steve Rogers will remain a scrawny kid but join the fight using an armored suit built by Howard Stark.
