Marvel Zombies is gonna take you back to the past! The latest rumor for the series teases the return of a fan-favorite villain from the MCU.
The cast of Marvel Zombies is certainly an eclectic one. The series seems to be staffed with the second string players of the MCU, with major players like Shang-Chi and Ms. Marvel clumped in with Razorfist and Jimmy Woo. This has left many to wonder what other forgotten characters might make a return, and if any villain might change sides to help take on the zombie menace.
The latest rumor gives fans a small peek into another character that might join the cast. Scooper MyTimeToShineHello reports that Baron Zemo will be making an appearance in Marvel Zombies. It’s not clear if Daniel Bruhl will return to voice his iconic villain, but after years of absence Zemo fans are eating good with any appearance by the Master of Evil.
Who is The Main Villain Of Marvel Zombies?
While details about Marvel Zombies remain sparse, all signs point to the zombified Scarlet Witch making her return as the leading villain of the series. This has left many fans wondering how Baron Zemo will fit into the series, especially given the massive power disparity between him and the MCU’s greatest reality warping zombie.
Most likely, Baron Zemo will return around the midpoint of Marvel Zombies with a new plan for the heroes to stop the Scarlet Witch. This plan will likely involve the sacrifice of some of the lesser-known MCU characters in the leading team, but will ultimately work in taking down the villain. Though whether or not Baron Zemo turns on the heroes after is yet to be seen!
