Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is the seventh installment in the franchise and is set to be released on July 14, 2023. The movie is being directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who also directed the previous two installments, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and Mission: Impossible – Fallout.

The new Mission: Impossible movie was originally set to be shot back-to-back with Dead Reckoning Part Two, but the production was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The second part of the movie is now set to be released on June 28, 2024.

What to expect from the new Mission: Impossible movie

As with all Mission: Impossible movies, Paramount is keeping the plot of Dead Reckoning Part One under wraps. However, some details have been released about the movie’s cast. In addition to Cruise, Part One features Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, Shea Whigham and Esai Morales.

Mission: Impossible has been one of the most successful action franchises of all time, with the previous six movies grossing over $3.5 billion worldwide. The franchise has been praised for its thrilling action sequences, strong performances and intricate plots.

Dead Reckoning Part One is set to continue this tradition, with Christopher McQuarrie promising that the movie will be the most ambitious yet. The director has said that the movie will feature stunts that have never been seen before and will push the boundaries of what is possible in action movies.
