A new trailer for the Moon Knight finale teases an epic final showdown between Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight and Ethan Hawke’s Arthur Harrow.

The latest Marvel series to hit Disney Plus, Moon Knight is due to conclude this Wednesday. So far, the series has followed Oscar Isaac’s Steven Grant and Marc Spector, two of the identities produced by Marc’s Dissociative Identity Disorder, who have been using their abilities as Moon Knight to attempt to stop Ethan Hawke’s Arthur Harrow from freeing the Ancient Egyptian goddess Ammit.

In a shock ending, Episode 4 saw Marc shot dead by Harrow. This led to Episode 5 seeing Marc and Steven torn between two separate realities – one in a mental institution, where Harrow appears as their doctor and their time as Moon Knight appears to be a delusion, the other a journey into the Ancient Egyptian afterlife aboard a vessel with the goddess Taweret. Episode 5 concluded with Steven being thrown out of Taweret’s vessel, while Marc made it into the Field of Reeds.

A new trailer for the finale seems to confirm that at least Marc will make it back to the living world and resume the mantle of Moon Knight in a deadly confrontation with Arthur Harrow. New footage reveals Moon Knight enduring an energy attack from Harrow’s cane, an unmasked Marc brandishing one of his crescent darts over an unseen enemy and a confrontation between Moon Knight and Harrow on one of the pyramids in front of the full moon. Check out the trailer below:

With many questions still awaiting answers – including hints at Marc’s third identity from the comics, Jake Lockley – the Moon Knight finale has a lot of fan expecations to live up to.

Here is the synopsis for Moon Knight:

The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Starring Oscar Isaac, May Calamawy, Karim El Hakim, F. Murray Abraham, and Ethan Hawke. The first four episodes of the new MCU series is now available to stream on Disney Plus, with new episodes dropping every Wednesday.
