Moon Knight star Oscar Isaac and director Mohamed Diab might’ve just revealed a second season is happening.
Phase Four marked the first time Marvel Studios put out television shows and so far, the only ones that have been confirmed for second seasons are Loki and What If…? Ahead of Moon Knight‘s release on Disney Plus, Marvel Studios made it clear that it was a limited series like WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
What’s Next For Moon Knight?
Scarlet Witch returned in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Anthony Mackie’s Captain America is getting a solo film, and Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan will appear in The Marvels. So far, it’s unclear where Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight will show up next, but a recent TikTok shared by director Mohamed Diab might’ve revealed that the series is getting a second season.
In the TikTok video, we see a fan asking Mohamed Diab if Moon Knight is getting a second season, with Oscar Isaac showing up, saying, “why else would we be in Cairo?” You can watch the TikTok below.
Here is the synopsis for Moon Knight:
The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.
