In honor of Henry Cavill’s birthday, Paramount put out a post on social media flaunting his fabulous mustache that helped ruin Justice League.

With him turning 35 as of the day of this article, Henry Cavill fans across the internet have been sounding off in celebration. Paramount Studios also sent their best wishes Cavill’s way with a Tweet showing a gif of Cavill and his legendary mustache for his role in Mission: Impossible – Fallout. You can check out the post below.

For those unaware, after the cast of Justice League was called back for reshoots, there was an issue regarding Cavill’s facial hair. At the time, he was filming Mission: Impossible Fallout, a film in which his character has a mustache. However, Superman doesn’t. This led to the crew behind Justice League being forced to remove Cavill’s mustache after reshoots in what many consider to be the worst way possible.

What do you think? Was this an intentional jab at Warner Bros. or does Paramount just really like Henry Cavill’s mustache? Leave your answers in the comment section down below!
