Deadpool 3 has had quite the problem with leaks since it began filming. The film’s star Ryan Reynolds takes a jab at the scoop community with some brand new set photos.
It’s no secret leaks have almost become a cornerstone of superhero news sites, with Ryan Reynolds himself even having to release a statement urging fans to stop sharing set photos. It seems the actor is now on the offensive, sharing “new” set photos from Deadpool 3 to try to drown out actual leaks:
While these fake Deadpool 3 set photos are fun, Ryan Reynolds does bring up a great point about the conversations around superhero films. Most of the problems fans have with this genre of movie, filming on soundstages, secrecy even to actors, too much CGI, stems from sites (like ours) covering these leaks and fans sharing them around. It’s certainly something everyone in the industry needs to start reevaluating.

Shawn Levy is directing Deadpool 3 after working with Ryan Reynolds on Free Guy and The Adam Project. The upcoming Marvel Studios project also marks a reunion between Levy and Hugh Jackman as the two worked together on Real Steel.
Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are developing the Deadpool 3 script after penning the first two installments in the series. The Molyneux sisters worked on a previous draft of the project.
