Supergirl actresses have to stick together! Sasha Calle gives her advice to Milly Alcock in joining the brand new DC Universe as the Woman of Tomorrow.
Fans were torn when it was announced that Milly Alcock would be playing Supergirl in the DC Universe reboot. While many view her as a fantastic actress, she would be taking the spot of Sasha Calle, who had just made her debut as Supergirl in The Flash. However, despite those worries, it seems Calle has nothing but ecstatic advice for her fellow Woman of Tomorrow.
“Oh my God, have so much fun,” Calle told IndieWire when asked what advice she had for Milly Alcock’s time as Supergirl. “You look so badass. I love that. Just f***ing kill it. Have fun.”
It’s good that there isn’t bad blood between Sasha Calle and Milly Alcock, especially given how fast Warner Bros. Discovery pivoted the DC Universe after The Flash flopped. It’s likely Alcock won’t have to wait long putting that advice into action either, as pre-production on Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow has slowly been ramping up for its debut in 2026.
Everything Fans Know About Supergirl: Woman Of Tomorrow
The torch will officially be passed from Sasha Calle to Milly Alcock with the release of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, which is currently set to be the second film in the DC Universe reboot. The script is being penned by Ana Nogueira, best known for her work on The Vampire Diaries and The Blacklist. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow will be based on the DC Comic of the same name, which follows Supergirl on a journey of self-discovery to find her purpose in a world that seems to be as cruel and random as dice.
