Savage Hulk is BACK! A leak from Spider-Man: Brand New Day reveals that a more aggressive Green Goliath will return in the highly-anticipated film.
One of the most shocking bits of news to come out of Spider-Man: Brand New Day was the confirmation of a leak that both the Hulk and Punisher would play major roles in the upcoming film. The project is set to serve as Hulk’s return to the big screen after being gone for half a decade, with his last proper appearance as the Gamma Guardian on the big screen being Avengers: Endgame.
While very few details are publicly available about what the Hulk’s return will look like in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the rumor mill has heavily suggested that the character will revert back to his savage personality in the film. This comes as a relief to some fans who have grown tired of the “Smart Hulk” era, missing the dichotomy between Banner and the goliath.
Hulk’s New Look In Spider-Man: Brand New Day
The trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day is likely quite some time away. However, a leak for the film does give fans their first look at what Hulk will look like in the film. And, as predicted and rumored, it does in fact seem as though his savage side will be making a return. The character also seems to have some minor design tweaks, growing bigger muscles and having less body hair.

As for what causes Hulk to revert to his savage self in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the leak doesn’t say. Though, given Bruce Banner has locked the character in the back of his mind for quite some time, it’s likely that the personality won’t exactly be happy when he finally makes his return, likely leading to some destructive chicanery.
