Scott Eastwood becomes Henry Cavill’s Superman replacement in a new piece of fan art that imagines the future of the DC Extended Universe.

Although Henry Cavill has said that his role in Netflix’s The Witcher won’t prevent him from playing Superman again, fans are already eyeing up other stars to bring the Kryptonian to life on the big screen. One artist recently revealed what Scott Eastwood could look like as Superman if he were to replace Henry Cavill as the DC Comics icon. While many artists pick the Suicide Squad and Pacific Rim: Uprising star to replace Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Instagram user “” chose to imagine Scott Eastwood as Superman.

The fan art of Scott Eastwood taking over from Henry Cavill pictures a combination of the Superman suits that have appeared in live-action over the years. While the texture of Scott Eastwood’s costume looks like a toned down version of Henry Cavill’s Superman suit, the colors and the symbol feel closer to Brandon Routh’s Superman Returns outfit. The artist also mentioned that this design of Scott Eastwood’s Superman could be seen next to Robert Pattinson’s Batman. You can see Scott Eastwood replace Henry Cavill as Superman below.
