Do fans finally know the villain of Spider-Man: Brand New Day? The latest set photo shows a mysterious actress filming a scene for the project!
It’s hard to think of a comic book movie that has kept their villain as close to the chest as Spider-Man: Brand New Day. While official details are usually held back, almost every major project has at least had their villain leaked in a rumor. However, there have been SO many rumors about Spider-Man: Brand New Day that it’s become impossible to tell fact from fiction.
Though with filming trucking on, fans believe they may have just snagged their first set photo of the villain. The image shows an as-of-yet unidentified actress on the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which seems to line up with early reports that the film would feature an older female villain. And given the actress has silver hair, the internet has narrowed the possibilities down to two characters.

Who Is The Villain Of Spider-Man: Brand New Day?
Many fans’ first thoughts when they saw this set photo were that this actress will be playing a genderswapped version of Silvermane in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Silvermane is a cybernetically enhanced crime lord often associated with the Maggia. Not only was the villain named in prior rumors, but it would line up with the recent reveal of Krondon being cast as Tombstone.
However, it’s also possible that this actress is playing Silver Sable in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Given the increased presence of tanks in almost every set photo that comes out of this film, it wouldn’t be shocking to see Wildpack play a role in the project. Though, until the actress’ identity is officially confirmed, there’s truly nothing certain.
