Spider-Man: Brand New Day may have the best looking suit on the market! Official set photos give fans a fresh look at Tom Holland as the web-slinger.
This past weekend, Spider-Man: Brand New Day officially began filming in Glasgow. Alongside it came an absolute bevvy of news, from casting announcements to set photos. However, perhaps the most interesting reveal was a teaser showing off the new suit Tom Holland will be wearing in the upcoming film. It seemed to combine elements from every previous Spider-Man suit, truly making it the definitive costume for the wallcrawler.
Though even with a video, fans haven’t been able to get a clean look at the suit. This is partially due to the dramatic lighting used as a way to hype up the fact that Tom Holland would be taking to the streets of Scotland to film scenes for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Luckily, the Daily Mail has managed to snag quite a few high quality photos of the suit during production.

Tom Holland Teases Spider-Man Filming
Of course, Tom Holland can’t let a Marvel production go by without spoiling something. The actor took to Instagram to celebrate the first day of filming for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. In the two images, fans are able to get up close and personal with the suit. The image also highlights the tank that is key to the action scenes currently being filmed, suggesting quite the interesting twist.
At first, many assumed that the tank scene in set photos belonged to Frank Castle. However, it seems as though The Punisher may not be the only one-man-army Tom Holland has to deal with in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Signs point to the tank belonging to none other than Martin Li, aka Mister Negative, a villain long speculated to be a focal point of the upcoming trilogy.
