A recently unearthed mistake from Spider-Man: Homecoming has caused Marvel fans to go into a frenzy.

Spider-Man: Homecoming set the stage for the MCU’s Peter Parker as a nerdy and shy high school student. When he wasn’t fighting crime, Peter and his buddy Ned would do normal high school things like fantasizing about their crushes and building lego sets – typical teen shenanigans. It turns out, however, that one of their favorite pastimes was built on a throne of lies.

You see, in the opening hour of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Ned asks Peter to build a Lego Death Star set with him. Parker, taken by joy and surprise, asks his friend how many pieces the iconic Star Wars Lego set has, to which his bud replies “3803.” Except… Ned has the 2016 version of the Lego Death Star set, which boasts a whopping 4016 pieces.

This mistake was found by Reddit user drichm2599, who brought out the receipts in his post. It might be a small mistake to some, but for Lego and Marvel purists, it’s quite colossal, at least in terms of the Lego pieces miscounted.

Ned and Peter return in Spider-Man: No Way Home, where they both will hopefully be accurate about their Lego set counts.

Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:

“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.”

Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx, Thomas Haden Church and Rhys Ifans.
