Spider-Man‘s Tom Holland just announced he’s taking a break from Instagram while he starts a new project with the Avengers: Endgame directors.
Tom Holland has had a busy few years thanks to his role as Spider-Man, from becoming Peter Parker to joining the Avenger and defeating Thanos to headlining two solo films. The Spider-Man star announced on Instagram that he’s taking a break from the social platform Instagram while he focuses on a new project with the Russo Brothers. After all the recent Spider-Man drama involving the Marvel Cinematic Universe it’s no wonder he wants to step away from Instagram — his notifications must be chaos.
While Tom Holland’s Spider-Man remains in the MCU (for now), he’s joining the Avengers: Endgame directors on their new film, titled “Cherry.” Tom Holland announced the social media break on his Instagram page with a photo of himself and his dog. The film he’s working on with the Avengers: Endgame directors focuses on a Army medic with PTSD who “becomes a serial bank robber after an addiction to drugs puts him in debt,” according to IMDb. DC Universe Debuts ‘Doom Patrol’ Character Posters
Along with the premiere of the first teaser for Doom Patrol, DC Universe also debuted a collection of character posters for each of the members of perhaps the strangest team of characters to be adapted in live-action form for DC Comics.
In particular, these new character posters highlight Timothy Dalton's The Chief, Diane Guerrero's Crazy Jane, Joivan Wade's Cyborg, April Bowlby's Elasti-Woman, Matt Bomer's Negative Man and Brendan Fraser's Robotman. These posters each follow unique designs that reflect the nature of each character and tease unique personalities amongst the group as well.
