Star Wars star Mark Hamill paid tribute to his fellow voice actor Michael Ansara from Batman: The Animated Series.
Mark Hamill has made a name for himself in the world of sci-fi portraying the powerful Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars films. He starred in Star Wars Episode IV – A New Hope and has been one of the most influential characters in the franchise. Aside from his work in Star Wars, Mark Hamill is also famous for voicing The Joker in Batman: The Animated Series. Now, Mark Hamill is paying tribute to one of his fellow Batman voice actors Michael Ansara in an emotional message describing the actor’s voice work.

Mark Hamill praised Michael Ansara’s voice work as Mr. Freeze. The Star Wars actor mentioned how it was not easy for Michael Ansara to drain his emotion to become Mr. Freeze in Batman: The Animated Series. Mark Hamill knew he was witnessing greatness from seeing Michael Ansara’s voice work as the popular Batman character. Michael Ansara passed away in 2013, but his work lives on as both an actor and voice actor. Michael Ansara’s last project was the video game Batman: Vengeance voicing Mr. Freeze once again.
