This year’s Star Wars Celebration had many surprises for fans including a trailer and title reveal for the upcoming, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker which could contain a secret meaning.
Star Wars has amassed a huge fan base since the introduction of the adventures in a galaxy far far away with Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. After 8 films we have now reached the ninth and final film within the Skywalker saga. The last Star Wars trailer contained an interesting voice over and a callback to one of the franchise’s biggest villains. It was then revealed that The Rise of Skywalker is the next film’s title and fans have been wondering what it means, but now we may have an idea. According to an international Polish poster of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is interestingly translated differently.

So they finally revealed the title of episode IX in my language (polish). In direct translation it means "Star Wars: Skywalker Resurrection". I wonder if it has any hidden meaning behind. 🤔 pic.twitter.com/ZtwcmUuptO

According to Twitter user @ecco5000, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker translates to “The Resurrection of Skywalker”. If true, this could mean that an old Skywalker could be returning for the ninth film. This could either be Luke or Anakin (Darth Vader) either fully or as a force ghost. This, of course, is all speculation and should be taken with a grain of salt. At the moment there are no official details as to what Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is about, but you can expect to see old heroes return and new ones join in the fight.

‘Aladdin’ Images Show Vibrant New Look At Naomi Scott As Jasmine
The latest Aladdin images showoff Jasmine's (Naomi Scott) incredible wardrobe.
Entertainment Weekly has revealed some brand new photos from Disney's upcoming live-action remake of their animated classic, Aladdin. This collection of photos focuses on Princess Jasmine (Naomi Scott) and her vibrant wardrobe collection.
Naomi Scott spoke to EW about Jasmine's colorful wardrobe choices in Aladdin and how it plays a part in her character, the world and the journey she goes through:
"The main conversation is structure versus freedom that I think is obviously is the metaphor for her journey as a character. If she’s wearing something that’s structured and beautiful, it can’t just be the sake of it looking great, it needs to be connected to the story."
EW reports that there are around 10 new outfits that Naomi Scott will don as Jasmine in the film, giving her the opportunity to showcase her beauty as the beloved princess as Aladdin (Mena Massoud) attempts to woo her.
Aladdin costume designer Michael Wilkinson discussed the approach taken to bringing the new costumes to life in live-action form:
"When you’re designing the costumes for a live action film that’s based on animation, there’s an opportunity to take these characters and give them literally more depth and details, really think about them as fully-fleshed people with complex psychologies and interesting personalities, so it was wonderful to explore who Jasmine really was and be able to express that through her many costumes in the film."
