Arrow star Stephen Amell left a humorous comment on tattoo The Flash star Grant Gustin received.
Late last month, Grant Gustin shared a photo of The Flash tattoo he received and expressed his excitement about returning for the sixth season of the DC Comics drama. However, Grant Gustin also shared a matching tattoo he got with his wife, LA Thoma, of an Arrow that forms a whole when their arms are pressed against each other.
The fact that both Grant Gustin and hi swife chose an arrow for their matching tattoos caught the attention of Stephen Amell, who portrays Oliver Queen on Arrow, the CW series centered on the Emerald Archer. In a short comment, Stephen Amell responded to Grant Gustin’s Instagram photo by saying:
“Pretty cool that an arrow connects you guys.”
Grant Gustin’s The Flash and Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen will soon reunite in The CW’s upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover. The five-part event will consist of Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman. It is currently set to air over two quarters, presumably as the mid-season finale and premiere episodes for the Arrowverse shows.
This fall, Grant Gustin will return for the sixth season of The Flash while Stephen Amell’s Arrow will end with its 10-episode eighth season. Here’s the official synopsis for the final season of Arrow:
